You might be asking, "Why on earth would anyone want to build a site like this?"
Timber Creek Apartments has caused me such discomfort, inconvenience, headache, and anger, that I simply can't stand being there.
This company claims to be doing renovations "for their tenants," but this is coming at a great cost to their residents.
They wanted to repipe my home, gave me notices for months and months before they began work. They made me move every stick of furniture in my home so they could tear out my walls, flood my apartment, leave me without running water as I worked from home for over a week, and leave the holes in the walls for an additional two weeks.
Timber Creek towed away their own residents' vehicles, then resealed the parking lots, removing access to sidewalks. All without adequate notice, leaving many residents and uninformed guests of the complex without their cars and facing towing fees they could not afford.
The apartment complex's residents leave trash in front of their doors for days, play loud music at all hours of the day and night, are permitted to tie their dogs up unattended in front of their buildings, and have had many of their included amenities removed for "renovation" for months on end.
This was sold to me as a gated community, with neighbors who respected each other, with decent amenities and management who cared about the residents.
After the ownership change, shortly after I moved in, the complex went downhill severely. The nice old man who lived beside me, his apartment was flooded by the one above him and he was forced out. A new family moved in and they leave trash and disposed food all around their doorstep and along the sidewalks.
The family that lived above me, they moved out and a large group of young men moved in shortly after. They smoke cigarettes, leaving their butts all over the area, and are very loud outside their apartment at late hours of the night. A new family moved in behind me, and they play their television very loudly during the day while I am trying to work.
I have become so insulted and furious that I don't even bother to try and complain to Timber Creek's management about this. I am disgusted with their "customer service" and the way they treat their residents. I am literally counting the days until my lease runs out
